Dale Hershel Bell, 74, passed away February 3, 2022. He was born on July 5, 1947, to Hershel and
Arlene (Cartwright) Bell. Dale was predeceased by his father and mother. He is survived by his
son Trevor who he absolutely adored, his sisters Cheryl (Bell) Harris and Darlene (Bell) Bullock
and many nieces, and nephews.
Dale grew up in Cocoa Beach and attended the Cocoa Beach High School. After graduating he joined
the Marine Corps and then the Navy where he remained until he retired. He was very proud of his
military service. He settled in Jacksonville and remained there the rest of his life.
Dale enjoyed fishing and most of all spending time with his son. He never met a stranger because
he could talk and laugh with everyone he met. We will cherish our memories of happy times with him.
