David William Richburg, 39, passed away on January 1, 2023, as the result of a traffic accident. Born December 13, 1983, to Jim and Tina Futch Richburg in Jacksonville, Florida. David was educated at Trinity Christian Academy and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University in 2011.
David married Jen Hardell in 2012 and was blessed with one daughter, Eisley Eleanore, who was born in China while David was teaching English at the TLC International School in Dongguan.
Returning to the United States, David and his family lived for a time in Virginia where he worked at Frito Lay. Later, they relocated to Jacksonville where David reunited with his parents, siblings, and friends.
David was a loving father, completely devoted to his daughter Eisley, and a beloved son, brother, and uncle. His family and friends remember him for his kind-hearted ways, the listening ear he always provided, and the care for those he loved. He was incredibly athletic, had an infectious sense of humor, and was always up for an adventure. Out of the many things he was, the one he was most proud of was being a daddy to his girl.
The Celebration of Life honoring David Richburg will be held Monday, January 9th at 11am in the sanctuary of Trinity Baptist Church located at 800 Hammond Blvd., Jacksonville, FL.

So many laughs and so much joy shared with Dave on the bus to out of state away games. He had an infectious smile and I am so overjoyed to see he had a little girl to love and cherish while he was here. See you again soon brother.
