Linda M Blair, age 81, took her last breath at home on Nov 1 3, 2024, after her battle with cancer, surrounded by family. She retired in 2006 from the Duval County School system, and often wondered how she
ever had time to work. She demonstrated her faith by consistently serving her family, her church, and her friends until the end. She loved being outside. She enjoyed sun at the beach and hiking in the national parks. She sewed, painted, worked with wood, decorated birthday cakes, line danced, played golf, and prioritized her Friday night card games with the girls. She was well known for her after church lunches with the family.
Preceded in death by her husband, Norman, of 45 years, she is survived by her four children and their families. She loved her seven grandchildren and seven great grands. Her last words were ‘tell them I Love them all”.
Her Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, November 1 8, 2024. Visitation will begin at 4pm with service at 5pm. Lighthouse Baptist Church, 9777 Ford Road, Bryceville, FL 32009
