Velma Marie (Cannon) Creamer passed away on December 6, 2024, at the age of 88. She was born on July 28th 1936 in Bell, FL, to William E Cannon and Lela Viola Thomas Cannon. She enjoyed working with children in the daycare industry for several years before retiring. Velma had an unwavering trust in God. She was known for her big heart, kindness, patience, graciousness, and unconditional love. She enjoyed spending time with her family and tending to her roses. Velma was the center of attention in any room and she had a sense of humor that touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
She was a faithful wife to her late husband of 70 years Herman D Creamer. She took pride in raising her four children, providing them with love, guidance, and support. Watching them grow and succeed was a source of pride, and she considered raising her family to be one of her greatest accomplishments.
She was a devoted mother to Donald Creamer, Ronald (Angela) Creamer, Vernon Creamer, Peggy (Mike) Parker, and a proud grandmother to her four grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.
She leaves behind her sisters Ruby Hunt of Gainesville, Lillie (Greg) Clark of Starke, Ann Cannon of St Augustine, Thelma Gibson of St Augustine and a brother Tommy (Sandra) Cannon of Branford, Fl.
Velma was preceded in death by her parents William and Lela Cannon, her husband Herman D Creamer, son Vernon W Creamer and granddaughter Michelle Creamer.
Services will be held on Monday December 16, 2024 at Old Plank Road Baptist Church by Pastor Larry McGinley at 11am. The graveside service will follow at Riverside Memorial off Normandy Blvd at 1pm.

My beautiful sister , I love you and I miss you so much, I’m am very thankful that I was able to see you and enjoy the day with you, about 3 weeks ago, we all had a good time laughing together , hanging out with you while you got your hair done and eating lunch at cracker Barrel. This was a true blessing from God. This memory will be with me for ever , I am truly grateful to be your sister ๐๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐ I love you and until we meet up in heaven sister I will miss you โค๏ธ, to all the family your in my thoughts and prayers ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ I love you All.
