I met John and Sylvia in the 1970’s through my parents and the church . I have always heard how caring and supportive they both were. My condolences to all the family.

Albert & Sylvia were dear friends of both my parents. My sister and I grew up and went to school with Yvonne, Mitchell, & Janet as well. The fondest memory that I hold dearest to my heart is Albert giving me away at my wedding, as my dad had passed away the previous year. It meant the world to me. He never ceased to continue to check on my mom and visit her often for years after my dad passed. He was a fine man and they don’t make them like John Albert anymore. I pray God’s deepest comfort and peace over Sylvia, Yvonne, Mitch, Janet, and all the grands and great grandchildren in the coming days as they lay this special man to eternal rest. May He rest in the arms of Jesus in glory.
