Francis Joseph Noe III

In Loving Memory of Francis Joseph Noe III (“Frankie”)
January 15, 1991 – May 26, 2025
“Wear your Gators, Jags, or Braves gear—Frankie wouldn’t have it any other way.”

With love and deep sadness, we remember Francis Joseph Noe III, known to all as Frankie—a beloved boyfriend, proud new dad, caring brother, lifelong sports fan, music lover, and faithful friend.

Born on January 15, 1991, in Jacksonville, Florida, Frankie graduated from First Coast High School in 2009 and stayed true to his favorite teams—the Florida Gators (2025 National Basketball Champions), Jacksonville Jaguars, and Atlanta Braves—through every win and loss.

Frankie had a sharp sense of humor, a gentle soul, and a way of making others feel valued. He loved baseball, collecting vinyl (especially Mac Miller and Juice WRLD), and spending time with the people and pets he loved most.

He was the beloved boyfriend of Elizabeth Yanda, the love of his life and his best friend. More than anything, he was overjoyed to become a father to his newborn son, Francis Joseph Noe IV, whose life will carry forward Frankie’s love and light.

He is survived by his girlfriend Elizabeth Yanda, son Francis Joseph Noe IV, sister Ashley Egnac (Michael), younger brother Jeremy Noe (Trish), grandparents Francis Joseph Noe Sr. and Betty Yeager, his cats Mac and Ben, and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother Donna Noe (Yeager), father Francis Joseph Noe Jr., grandmother Donna Noe (Stitt), and his childhood cat Pretty Girl.

Frankie was also a Friend of Bill and walked a spiritual path with quiet strength and compassion.

A celebration of Frankie’s life will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Aspire Church, 1435 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207. Casual attire is welcome, and guests are encouraged to wear Gators, Jags, or Braves gear in his honor.

Frankie’s love, laughter, and light will live on through all who knew him—and most of all, through Baby Frankie.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to support Elizabeth and Baby Frankie during this time:
