It is with deep love and reverence for life that the family of our dear Nana, Pastora L Agtang, announce her passing following a long life full of happiness, joy and good cheer. A loving wife, mother, sister, daughter, auntie and friend, Nana passed peacefully into God’s Kingdom on 22 July, 2025. Originally born in Bangui, Ilocos Norte, Philippines she raised five wonderful children with her husband for over 71 years, Bernardo Agtang.
Pastora immigrated to the United States in 1996 with her husband to live and be closer with her youngest daughter and proudly became a United States Citizen in 2017.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Julian Laguatan and Magdelena Baradi; her siblings Francisco Laguatan, Felicisima Corpuz.
Pastora is survived in death by her husband Bernardo; her siblings Lucrecia Pascual(Emeterio+), Ernesto Laguatan(Anita+), Lourdes Cacal(Alfredo+) and Raymundo Laguatan(Gloria); her children Luzviminda Ibon(Robert), Doming Agtang(Amy), Erlita Ferioli(Rodney), Warlito Agtang(Wilma) and Alex Agtang(Dedeth); Her grandchildren Adams Jade Agtang(Loida), Madel Orpilla(Roy), RJ Ibon, Darren Ibon, Alyssa Jamias(Rocky), Ivy Peregrino(John Paul), Dustin Ferioli (Lecie), Denise Ferioli (Zach), Keith Anne Agtang(Jelson), Dranlex Agtang, Allain Joy Agtang. Greatgrandchildren, Yanna Agtang, Khate Orpilla, Matthew Orpilla, TJ Agtang, Joaquin Bayadas, Candice Jamias, Ashanti Peregrino and Calix Jamias.
Pastora lived every day with absolute joy, she was the beacon for her entire family. Her favorite pastime was sitting or walking with the love of her life Bernardo and enjoying nature at its fullest.
She will be missed dearly by all that knew her and brought sunshine into their lives.
If available, please join us in celebrating the wonderful life of Pastora at Fraser Funeral Home on Saturday, 26 July 2025 for visitation at 9AM with service beginning at 10AM followed by stories and fellowship.
