Christina Bays, 73, of Jacksonville, passed away on October 18, 2024, after pneumonia.
Tina was born on August 21, 1951 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

In 1973, Tina met Philip R. Lanni, in California. Tina and Philip went on to have one child, Philip P. Lanni. They later divorced.
Tina met Johnny Bays in Bell Gardens, in 1977. Tina and Johnny went on to have 3 sons, Johnny Bays Jr. Robert Bays, and David Bays.

In 2005, Tina retired and spent her time enjoying her kids and grandkids.
Tina, was predeceased by her mom, Stella Goodin, her sister, Becky, and her sister, Debbie.
She is survived by her husband, Johnny Bays Sr, her son, Philip & his wife, Jennifer Lanni, her son, Johnny Bays Jr, her son, Robert Bays, and her son, David Bays. As well as, her grandchildren, Merissa Hilley-Jett, David Smith, Corbin Smith, CheyAnne Lanni, and Maverik Lanni.

Services will be held at Fraser Funeral Home on October 22, 2024 from 11 – 1.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to cancer specialists, an organization Tina felt strongly about.

Oh my Christina it was a blessing having you as my neighbor. I will miss you dearly. May you rest now well job down. I must say I still look for you to come talk with me while walking your baby (poodle). You will be forever in my heart. You have raised an awesome son.

My condolences to family…This family is by far my favorite to wait on at my job..
