Kenneth Daniel Tanner passed away on Sunday, September 22nd, 2024. He was born on January 25th, 1976 in Jacksonville. His childhood was spent on the west side of Jacksonville, where he graduated in 1994 from Paxon High School. Daniel was a Corrections Sergeant with the City of Jacksonville and retired after 20 years. His passions included cheering on the Florida Gators and spending quality time in the Mountains with his wife and son. Daniel had a very kind heart and was loved by many; his absence will be deeply felt.
He is survived by his wife, Christina Tanner, and son, Landon Tanner, his two sisters, Donna Ganas and Amanda Weaver, and his aunt, Barbara Perri.
Daniel was preceded in death by his mother and father, Willie and Betty Tanner, and his brother, Willie Tanner Jr.

My boy….sorry I was not there after all this years due to Covid. But we were friends for many of years and worked together at Publix. My heart hurts to know that your gone, but I know now that your in a much better place. Rest Easy my friend until I see you again.
