I only had the pleasure of meeting Mike once. He was very warm and welcoming. He really loved his seafood. In the brief evening I spent with him and Ellen, you could see the love and affection he had for her and his love of life in general. He had a great sense of humor. It was an honor to have him as a friend and he will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. May you all find strength and peace in the memories you have of Mike.

Mike Menedez was a kind and thoughtful friend/coworker at VOYA Financial. His sense of humor and work ethic were unparalleled. Mike was always helpful and thorough in everything he did. I will remember him with fondness and think about the last time I bumped into him – at the Publix in Riverside. I know he loved his UNC basketball and keeping a bowl of dark chocolate in his cube! Until we meet again, RIP Mike.
