Our experience with them was great considering the circumstances. Robert was our director and knows the business. Everything went as planned and as we were told it would. No pressure sales, no confusion and all our questions were answered promptly. We used their facility for the viewing and the service. Very professional and compassionate. Only drawback is they don't have a limo for the family to follow behind the hearse. We used River Place Limo for that. Don't sign a contract until you talk with these folks.
