Carolyn Ann Tarr, age 85, passed away January 3, 2021. Carolyn was born on April 8, 1935 in Lakewood, New Jersey to the parents of James and Racheal Figueroy. Carolyn moved from Chicago, Illinois to Jacksonville, Florida 44 years ago and was a member of American Legion Auxiliary and a Life Member of the VFW Women’s Auxiliary. Mom had a beautiful singing voice and enjoyed singing Karaoke. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph E. Tarr on July 13, 2015. She is survived by her son, Joseph Tarr III, her daughters, Carolyn Gallinati and Debra Stepina (Timothy); 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Carolyn will be laid to rest with her husband, Joseph Tarr at a later date in Jacksonville National Cemetery.
