Christopher Howell Miller, age 37, passed away on August 13, 2021, in a tragic motorcycle accident in Orange Park, Florida. He was born on April 24, 1984 in Jacksonville, FL to Samuel Miller and Linda Howell Miller. As part of a military family, Christopher spent his early years in Fort Sill Oklahoma, Hanau Germany, Fort Benning Georgia, Mons Belgium, returning to Jacksonville in 1997.
Chris married Candace (Sanders) in December 2019 in Jacksonville, Fl. And were happily married for just over 19 months.
Chris was a member of many car groups. He enjoyed working on his Miata “Lucy”, riding his motorcycle, but most of all spending time with his children. He had the energy and temperament of a Big Kid, a Big Bear of a man, and little children loved him.
Chris is survived by his wife Candace, daughters Kaylee and Susanna, parents Sam and Linda Miller, his brother Jeremy Miller, sister-in-law Nichole, and nephews Alex and Aidan.
In addition, he is survived by those he considered as close extended family: Pito Trey, Logan Sanders, Alex Sanders, Harley Sanders and Harmony Sanders; mother-in-law Mindy Conn.
A memorial service will be held at Frasers Funeral Home; 8168 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32221 at 12 PM August 22, 2021. A viewing will not be held. The family will be greeting friends and relatives at 11AM August 22, 2021.
A Memorial ride will be held in Christopher’s honor at starting at Judy’s Pub on October 3, 2021. Registration will be between 10-11:45. Kickstands up at 12 PM. Cars and other vehicles to follow
