Donnie Keith Hannah

Jacksonville, Florida – Donnie Keith Hannah passed away in the hospital in the presence of his family after a stroke. Donnie was born on February 18, 1959 to Lonnie & Patricia Hannah. He lived on the Westside of Jacksonville for his entire life. Donnie was passionate about God and loved to spend time reading His Word.
When he was a child, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping with his brothers. Even after a tragic accident at 16 left him paralyzed Donnie did not let his zeal for life fade. He participated in a trip to London, England and even went on road trips to see family.
At West Meadows Baptist Church, he taught Primary Sunday School and then taught in the Academy there as well. When he started attending Trinity Baptist Church he began teaching Sunday School again. He taught for over 30 years all together. Many lives were impacted by Donnie in his Sunday School classes.
Donnie was a talented radio repair man and was often seen working in his shop on the property.
He is survived by his brothers and their wives Buddy (Ruthie), Ronnie (Angel), Jerry (Lucy), Randy (Melissa), and John and also by his nieces and nephews: Joshua, Randy, Amy, Dawn, Jonathan, Daniel, Natalie, Alan, Jessica, and Jennifer and many more.
Donnie will be loved and remembered by his family as a man, who preserved despite difficult circumstances.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 12:00pm in the chapel of Fraser Funeral Home, 8168 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, Fl 32221 followed by interment in Sellers Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
