Dwaine Alvah Lewis, 82, passed away Friday, October 29, 2021. Dwaine was a native and life long resident of Jacksonville, FL. He is survived by his daughters, Cheryl Harris (Michael), Terrie Farmer, Kimberly Lewis, Pamela Lewis, 12 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and four siblings, his great grandson Christian Ramos, and his daughter Melissia ( Lisa) Bailey.
The family will receive friends at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at Fraser Funeral Home, 8168 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32221. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Rick Olson officiating.
Interment is to follow at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, 800 Hammond Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 3222
