Harlan “Lee” Epps Jr., 69, passed away peacefully in his sleep February 26, 2023 following a lengthy illness.
Lee is predeceased by his dad, Harlan L. Epps Sr. and is survived by his mom Myrna Epps, his wife of 44 years Sheila Epps, children Shelley (Mark) Neddo, Mitchell (Kaitlin) Epps, Rachel (Brandon) Jones, Randy (Kay) Epps, sister Donna (Johnny) McWaters, nine grandchildren, two great grandsons, and several nieces and nephews.
Lee graduated from Paxon H.S. and served four years in the Coast Guard. Lee loved spending time with his family. He also loved history and studying his bible. Lee will be remembered for his big smile, his laugh, and witty sense of humor. He would wake up on Sunday mornings singing “Majesty” while getting ready for church. Today he is singing a new song in a new mind and body.
