A loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Mrs. Joan Navarra Hill, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at St. Vincent Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida, after an extended illness. She was born on May 26, 1950 in Watertown, New York to the late Mr. William Raymond Navarra and Mrs. Phyllis Joan Navarra.
