Lou Frances Suggs Barfield age 81, passed away April 26, 2024. Lou was born on November 10, 1942 in Greene County, North Carolina to the parents of Ralph R. and Doris Suggs. She retired from Anchor Glass as a selector and was a member of West Jacksonville Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons; Joseph Wayne Pollard and Randall Oneal Barfield, Jr., a sister, Ruby Paramore and her grandchildren, Devin Lloyd Pollard and Brana Nichole Barfield.
Funeral services will be held, Friday, May 3, 2024, at 11:00am at West Jacksonville Baptist Church, 5634 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, Fl 32205 with Pastor Tommy Young officiating followed by interment in Riverside Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
