Mary Katherine Grisham or “Kathy” was born Mary Katherine Phillips on October 12th ,1969 in Macon Georgia to Carolyn Ellis (Marshall) Phillips and Richard Gordon Phillips. She was brought up in Warner Robbins Georgia.
She passed away on June 7th, 2024, in Hospice at St. Vincent Hospital/Riverside in Jacksonville Florida.
She is survived by her husband Mark Edward Grisham and son Daniel Edward Grisham and her father Richard Gordon Phillips and stepmom Kathleen Phillips. Also, many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins, brother and sister in laws and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother Carolyn Ellis (Marshall) Phillips.
Kathy was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and attended the Firestone Ward in Jacksonville Florida. She was married to her husband Mark Edward Grisham in the Orlando Florida Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and sealed for time and all eternity.
She worked at Venetia Elementary as a School Monitor and helped in the kindergarten classes and touched the lives of many children. She helped with food banks in various churches and participated in many activities both in the church and community.

She also worked at Cedar Hills elem and Enterprise [i think] and was a good person to know and talk to at church..she will be greatly missed at church
