Mildred Magdalena Ebner McCoy Conrod, age 91, passed away, October 4, 2023. Mildred was born in Rochester, New York on January 17, 1932, to the parents of Frank Ebner and Magdalena Bauman Ebner. She lived in New York, Connecticut and was a longtime Florida resident.
Her career included working as an Emergency Dispatcher for EMS, Police and Fire Departments for many years, where she acquired the nickname “Midnight Millie”. Mildred enjoyed gardening, cooking, and painting.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Magdalena Ebner, her husbands, Cornelius McCoy and Cyril Conrod and her daughter, Elizabeth A. McCoy.
She is survived by her sons, Timothy C and Robert C. McCoy, a sister, Dorothy Ebner Kerkovich, her stepdaughter, Karen Denyko and her grandchildren, Charlotte, Kat, Magdalena, Adrian, Amy, and Richard.
Mildred will be laid to rest beside her husband, Cyril Conrod in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Pompano Beach, Florida.

Millie, you were a great sister in law and a wonderful wife to my brother Cy. Wish I could be there for the family gathering to celebrate your life. Between the awful accidents I have had and illnesses, unfortunately my travels have been limited. M. Cynthia Conrod Walters
