Phyllis Ann Stevens was born in Jasper, Tennessee and a resident of Jacksonville, Fl for the past 33 Years passed away at Orange Park Medical Center on January 11, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Cantrell, William Bill Wilson, Daisy Sue Keef and Jennie Wilson and her brothers, Robert Cantrell and Lee Cantrell,
Phyllis was a graduated from South Pittsburg High School, Class of 1975. Phyllis was a graduate of Concord Institute as a Medical Assistant and was also a Certified Nurses Assistant (CAN).
She was married to her loving husband, Robert P. Stevens (Bob) for 41 years. Phyllis loved crafting, shopping, dancing and spending time with her family. She was always the life of thew party and brought joy to everyone who knew her.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Acuff Milton and her husband Ronnie Milton, Sr., her son, Jason Acuff Sr., her son, Adam Carson, her sisters, Ella Wilson and Mandee Key. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren, Jason Acuff, Jr., Ronnie Milton, Jr., Daisy Milton, Faith Milton, Grace Milton, Destiny Carson, Matthew Carson, Alyssa Carson, Brandon Carson and many nieces and nephews that always loved hers as a mother rather than an aunt.
A viewing will be held Tuesday, January 16, 2024 a from 6:00 – 8:00pm at Fraser Funeral Home, 8168 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32221
Phyllis will then go home to Tennessee, where a viewing will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024 from 4:00- 7:00pm at Rogers Funeral Home, 400 Laurel Avenue, South Pittsburg, TN 37380. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 1:00PM in Rogers Funeral Home followed by interment in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Bridgeport, AL
Pallbearers will be Robeert Stevens, Jason Acuff Sr., Adam Carson, Ronnie Milton Sr., Ronnie Milton, Jr. and Matthew Carson.

My heart breaks at the news I first met Phyllis in Orme about 40 years ago. I loved hearing her sing in church and I have so many fond memories of her at Aunt Dolls home. Fly with the angels my sweet songbird
