On Friday February 11, 2022, God called another home, a brother, Son, Husband, Dad, & Pa. He will always be remembered by all of those who he left behind. Lewis Lloyd was born on March 24, 1929, in Folkston Ga, to Angie & Abe Lloyd.
Lewis worked for the City of Jax for many years, but will be remembered as a school bus driver, with his Wife Mildred as his aide and someone who was by his side for 65 years before her passing in 2013.
There are many who are left to mourn especially his daughter along with Jim Towe who have cared for him during his days after his wife and son passed. Others who mourn are thankful knowing he is resting in paradise.
He leaves behind two daughters, Sue Jetton & Sharon Sculley, brother Harold Lloyd, and there was some that have been waiting for his arrival, his Wife, Mildred, Son, Wayne, Granddaughters Lynn Sapp & Amy Barnes, also Brothers, Gene & Fermer.
He is survived by 7 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren, 19 Great Great Grandchildren.
From all of us left behind we want to say we love you and will miss you forever PA, so spread your wings and enjoy paradise for we will see you again.
Visitation will be held on Friday February 18, 2022, at Fraser Funeral Chapel 11:00 am-12:00 pm, following a Graveside service at Jacksonville Memory Gardens 1:00 Pm.
