Sandra “Sam” Lee Erdmann Spurling passed away on August 26, 2020. She was born on October 27, 1945. Sandra was known as a beloved Mom, Sister, and friend but mostly “Granny” to many. Sandra was born in Hackensack, New Jersey but lived her life in Jacksonville, Florida where she graduated from Paxon High School. Although she worked various jobs, she enjoyed spending most of her time at home while her children were young and later worked as a drafter. Sam had the absolute biggest heart and would do anything for anyone. Her house and heart were always open to others, she was so easy to talk to and could tell stories for hours. If it was about family, she wanted to be there and looked forward to each years sister’s weekend and to the family reunions.
