Rest In Peace Ms. O’Quinn, you were one of the sweetest most loving souls I ever had the pleasure of knowing. I have so many wonderful memories of you starting with Grammar School Halloween Carnivals, to Jr. High Saturday Night trips to Skateland then stopping at Burger King, Stricklands Lake. You picking up some of us cheerleaders after practice from Kirby on your way home from your bus route. We sure were some blessed kids and you were simply The BEST!!! You are loved and will be missed by so many
