Tammy Denise Lunsford, Born April 7, 1969 in St. Augustine, Florida,
Passed away at age 52, on Tuesday morning June 8, 2021.
A memorial Service will be held Saturday June 26th, at 3:00PM in the Fraser Funeral Home Chapel.
