Yanick Armand age 56, by way of Miami, FL. She passed away in Jacksonville, FL on January 17, 2020. Yanick was born in Gonaives, Haiti on September 10, 1963 to Oxane Augustine and Sauver CHatelier. She later moved to Miami, FL where she graduated from William H. Turner Technical Arts High School For Adults. She obtained her certified nursing assistant certificate at a vocational school in Miami.
Yanick married Gary Armand, and together they had four children, Cynthia Armand, Mandy Armand, Garwens Armand, Patrick Armand. Yanick had five grandchildren, Jamar, Reynaldo, Rihanna, Aiyanna, and Amiya.
Yanick worked as a CAN Home Health Care Nurse and enjoyed participating in Cooking, Decorating, and Floral Design. Yanick was also a proud member of Trinity Church in Miami, FL, and was an active member at Potter House International Church. Yanick is survived by siblings; Anslet Augustine, JouJou Augustin, Charlie Desmangles, Victory Desmangles, Marie Carmel bka Mon Elifron, Michaelle Cherisma, Estlow Cherisma, Herardine Desmangles, Richard Chatelier, Fefe Chatelier, Luna Chatelier, Calunrie Chatelier, Walex Desmangles, Wouviense Desmangles, Weidler Desmangles. Nieces and Nephews; Gerald Augustin Juilianna Cash, Julio Augustin, Kens Augustin, Bradley Augustin, Jonathan Saintjour, Shamauri Augustin, Ishmael Augustin, Jason Augustin, Akemm Augustin, Joshua Augustin, Jennifer Augustin, Phillip Cherisma, Sandra Cheerisma, Herline Ford, Walex Desmangles Jr. Aunts and Uncles;Chalmese Augustin, Olymcia Augustin, Gustave Augustin, Basyannie Augustin, Antenor Augustin, Ketley Augustin bka Keket. Cousins;Liko Augustin, Pedi Augustin, Elizabeth Augustin, Tony Augustin, Suezet Augustine and Surprise Augustine.
Funeral services will be held, Saturday, February 1, 2020 at 11:00am in Potter’s House International Church, 5119 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205 followed by interment in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, 800 Hammond Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32221.
