Cresencio was born in Makati, Philippines to Crispin and Emelina Enguerra on September 14, 1941. Cresencio was 1 out of 11 children and the eldest son. He was survived by his wife of 41 years, Mila, and his children, Emmanuel and Charmaine. He is also survived by his three grandchildren: Camila (4), Roy (3), and Olivia (1).
He worked as a police officer in Makati, Philippines and then moved to the U.S. in 1984. He created a life in Jacksonville, FL as a diesel mechanic and loving and providing for his family.
He lived out his last days surrounded by his wife, brothers and sisters, children, nieces and nephews and all that cared for him deeply.
