Darrell Eugene Heath was born in Dallas, Texas on January 19th, 1965, and passed away peacefully at home, with his wife by his side on November 3, 2025. He was 60 years old.
Everyone knows he was a hard worker. He spent time as a Greyhound trainer, a farm manager, construction worker; a jack of all trades if you will, and a master of many things.
Darrell is survived by his wife Jackie (Smith) Heath, whom he loved so much that he married her three times! (If you know, you know); pride and son Darrell Ray Heath (daughter-in-law Ashley (Gase) Heath; granddaughter Lianna Lynne Heath, the light of his life; sister Nikki Baillie (John “The Duke” Snipes); brother Marvin Heath (Dee Heath); brother Hank Heath; and many nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.
Darrell was welcomed into Heaven by his son Jack Roland Heath; Nana and Papa; mother Sandra Larsen and father Henry Heath.
He was a devoted father and grandfather who loved to hunt, fish, play poker, watch NASCAR (a die-hard Dale Ernhardt fan), football (Go Gators!), throw horseshoes, and to hang around the fire with his buddies.
Darrell lived many places throughout his childhood, but Jacksonville, Florida was always home. He will be deeply missed by many.
A viewing will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025, from 6:00 PM-9:00 PM at Fraser Funeral Home. A bonfire to follow at Randy and Timmy’s. There will not be a later Memorial held as he would’ve wanted just a party with a fire to kick and tell stories around. Let’s send him off with more laughter than tears. Bring food, beer, or just yourselves.
