Jessica Marie Johnson, born March 3rd, 1982, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on December 22, 2025, after a long courageous battle with cancer.
Born and raised in Jacksonville, Jessie was a Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother, Aunt, Niece, Cousin and Friend. Her greatest calling in life was being a Mom, a role she fulfilled with a loving, caring heart that touched everyone around her. She cherished her family deeply and also had a love for the outdoors. Jessie will be remembered for her strength, resilience, and the boundless love she shared with all who knew her.
Jessie was preceded in death by her brother, Lee Bell; by her grandparents, Henry and Dolly Bell and Charles and Shirley Burns.
She is survived by her father, Harold Bell; her mother, Judy Bell; her husband, Charles Johnson II; her daughter, Kylee Johnson (Coby Jordan); her son, Charles Johnson III; her sister, Julie Edinger, her brother-in-law, Jon Edinger; her nephew, Garrett Edinger; her niece, Emilee Edinger; her father-in-law, Charles Johnson; her sister-in-law, Crystal Johnson; her nephew; Donold Hickox; and her niece, Karissa Nelson and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 29, at 11:00 a.m. at Manning Cemetery Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32234.
