Sally Rebecca Allen was welcomed into the loving arms of her Savior on November 10th, 2025, at the age of 77. Throughout her life and in her final weeks on Earth, Sally remained surrounded by her biological family & her church family. Sally was born in Live Oak, Florida, on January 20th, 1948. She was born again in 1980.
Sally counted it a special honor to both worship & work with her Westside Baptist Church family, where she joined in 1985 & was employed for many years. Sally graduated Suwanee High School, in 1965, and went on to marry her high school sweetheart, Randy Allen, July 15, 1966. Sally's life was defined by her love of the Lord, her family, her grandchildren, her friends, and, of course, her cats.
Sally is survived by her children, Todd Cameron Allen (Jennifer) & Randa Allen Youngblood (Greg), her grandchildren, Rebekah Alivia Kinlaw (Aaron) & Chloe Brook Fewell (Jimmy), her great grandchild, Colton Elijah Kinlaw.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald & Merle Houston and her siblings, Ben & Harry.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025 at 2:30 PM in Westside Baptist Church Teachey Chapel, 7775 Herlong Roada, Jacksonville, FL 32210 with Dr. Keith Russell officiating, followed by interment in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 800 Hammond Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32221. The family wiill recieve friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
