Sandra Kay Moore, 82, of Effingham County, Georgia, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2026. She resided in Jacksonville FL, at time of death.
Sandra was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and homemaker who dedicated her life to caring for her family. She will be remembered for her loving heart, quiet strength, and the warmth she brought to those around her.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Allen M. Moore Sr., and by her parents, Clarence and Rosalie McEleveen.
Sandra is survived by her four children: Rosalie (Wiley) Carter, Allen (Kim) Moore, Jennifer (Gerald) Owenby, and Joshua W. Moore Sr. She also leaves behind several cherished grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, extended family members, and many friends who will miss her dearly.
Sandra's legacy of love, devotion, and family will continue through the generations she leaves behind.
