April 10, 2026
In the care of
Fraser Funeral Home
Troy Dean Hall, 83, of Middleburg FL, passed away peacefully on April 10 2026, surrounded by loved ones.
He was a man who found his greatest joy in the simple, meaningful moments of life. Whether casting a line at sunrise, spending long days out on the water, or sitting by a campfire under the stars, he felt most at home in nature. Fishing and boating were more than hobbies to him—they were his way of connecting with the world and the people he loved.
He had a special bond with his pets, who were not just companions but family. His caring heart and gentle spirit were evident in the way he treated every animal and every person he met.
He also loved camping trips, where laughter, stories, and quiet reflection brought him peace. Those who knew him will remember his easygoing nature, his appreciation for life’s little pleasures, and his ability to make others feel welcome and at ease.
He is survived by his Loving Wife of 34 years Donna Lee Hall, Stepsons Brian Pacetti and Chad Pacetti (Glenda) and Daughter Pam Hall. Sister Fran Evans, 4 Grandchildren and 1 Great grandchild who will carry his memory forward in the traditions and love he shared with them. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Hall and Sue Jennings.
A service will be held on April 15, 2026 at Jacksonville National Cemetery at 11:00. In honor of his love for the outdoors, the family encourages those who wish to do so to simply spend time in nature remembering him.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
